Fully equipped for maximum comfort, you'll have all the facilities you need for a superb stay. Within walking distance of transport and shops.

Located on the 4th floor without a lift, you will be amazed by this artistic flat comprising : A large living area with TV, sofa, table and chairs, ideal for eating and working, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook. A bedroom with double bed and storage space, a shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin and separate WC. A mezzanine with a second sleeping area with double bed. NB: Please note the high ceilings. For your comfort, the flat is ready to welcome you. We provide hotel-quality laundry (bed linen already in place, towels, bath mat, tea towel) as well as 3 welcome kits for the first night/morning: 1 bathroom kit for 2 people (1 shampoo, 1 shower gel, 1 bar of soap, 3 make-up remover discs, 4 cotton buds, 1 nail file); 1 edible kit for 2 people (2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, 2 cocoa pods, 3 sugar pods, 2 mini cookies); 1 cleaning kit for the stay (1 sponge, 1 washing machine tablet). Included in the cleaning charge.
