In the heart of the old town Vieux Lyon, the historic center of the city and a district listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this typically charming apartment of Lyon is ideally located to discover the city, its museums, its history and its gastronomy on foot with the famous "bouchons lyonnais". Discover the city of "Gônes" in the heart of "traboules"!

Completely refurbished in 2019 with a refresh in 2022, this charming 42m2 T2 overlooks the courtyard and is therefore very quiet. It is composed of: a pleasant living room with a lounge area, TV and convertible sofa that can accommodate 2 people (note that the comfort is not that of a bed), a table for lunch / dinner comfortably, a an open kitchen equipped (oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hob, extractor, crockery, cutlery), a bedroom separated by a glass roof with a double bed and a bathroom water with shower and heated towel rail, separate wc. A washing machine is at your disposal and the whole apartment is equipped with wifi. You will be seduced by the charm of its stones, its French ceiling and its pretty exposed beams, a sweet blend of tradition and modernity with its industrial style. Small bonus, a traboule crosses the building, you will find yourself in the heart of the famous cobbled street of St Jean. For your comfort, the apartment is ready to welcome you. We provide hotel quality laundry (bed linen already set up, towels, bath mat, tea towel) as well as 3 welcome kits for the first night / first morning: 1 bathroom kit for 2 people (1 shampoo , 1 shower gel, 1 soap, 3 make-up remover discs, 4 cotton swabs, 1 nail file); 1 edible kit for 2 people (2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, 2 cocoa sticks, 3 sweets, 2 mini-cookies); 1 maintenance kit for the living room (1 sponge, 1 washing machine tablet). Included in the cleaning fee.

The building is located in a pedestrian area only, if you are driving you will need to park nearby (parking spaces on the quay or LPA St-Jean car park). The apartment is on the 1st floor without a lift and is entirely reserved for travelers.
