Bairro Alto is a picturesque quarter dating from the 1500s. At the heart of Bairro Alto are narrow cobbled streets, densely packed with apartments, restaurants, and bars. Its grid of streets is quiet during the day but transforms at night into one of the city's most vibrant nightlife quarters. Please note that the property is located in an area with bars and restaurants. It may become busier during the evenings, providing an authentic urban experience. The main commercial streets are Rua do Norte, Rua da Atalaia, and Rua do Diário de Noticias, from which it's easy to reach Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara (a garden terrace with a panoramic view over the city) and two of the city's most interesting churches: São Roque with its magnificent baroque interior and the romantic gothic ruins of Carmo Church. Neighboring Chiado is an elegant, sophisticated district of theatres, bookshops, old-style cafes, art nouveau jewellery shops, luxurious international names such as Hermes, and local treasures such as the lavishly gilded Tavares Restaurant (Lisbon's oldest restaurant, opened in 1784) and the delicate porcelain shop Vista Alegre.

The property is close to various attractions (e.g. Sainte-Chapelle, Notre-Dame), good restaurants and shops, and the Baixa-Chiado station is just 5 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome! Tastefully furnished with contemporary decor, this charming 120m2 apartment is within walking distance of Lisbon's top attractions! The apartment is on the 1st floor, accessible only by stairs. Fitted with multiple plush sofas, a cable TV, and a dining area, relax in the living room after a long day in the city. You can access the large patio through the living room, where an outdoor seating area and dining table are available. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery,l such as a stove, a microwave, and an oven, to make a delicious home-cooked meal. All three bedrooms feature a double bed, twin beds, and a single bed, respectively. Upon arrival, complimentary hotel-quality linens will be provided. The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, including a bathtub, a sink, and two toilets (one is separate). Fresh complimentary and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Great stay, is in a street with lots of bars and restaurants so there is always fun. The beds were a bit small but otherwise we had a good time
