Welcome to my apartment! Bright and tastefully decorated, this charming apartment is within walking distance to many top attractions in Lisbon! Fitted with a TV and a convertible sofa bed, you can relax in the living room after a busy day exploring the city. There are also multiple windows throughout the house where you can enjoy the stunning cityscape of Lisbon! The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cutleries you'll need to whip up a delicious homecooked meal, including a stove, a microwave, and a fridge. If you fancy dining in, the attached dining area has a dining table and chairs for four people. The two bedrooms have a double bed and storage space for your belongings. Upon arrival, complimentary hotel-quality linens will be provided. The modern bathroom has all the amenities needed to freshen up, such as a bathtub with an attached shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will be supplied for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Appartement spacieux avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. La machine a laver le linge est un plus . Il manque juste quelques épingles pour étendre le linge...
