JBR Beach is just also just a 20-mins walk away.

Welcome to my home! Modern and designed with an open-floor living, dining and kitchen area, this home acts as a peaceful place to retreat after a long day in the city. In the bright living room, you will find a comfy sofa bed, an armchair, a TV with a Netflix subscription and large windows that bathe the entire space in natural sunlight throughout the day. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook a delicious meal, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. In the bedroom, you will find a luxurious King bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens and a private balcony where you can enjoy the stunning views of the pool and the Marina! The two bathrooms have all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. There is also a washer if you need to do your laundry. The flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your health and safety. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. We loved our stay, perfect location and great friendly team in the building! Wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Great views of the Marina, lovely pool to use, and sauna and steam room in each changing

The apartment is exactly as shown: cosy, beautiful, and comfortable. It is situated on the first floor, which may seem less fancy to some, but it allows for quicker access in and out of the building (
