Located on the 3rd floor of a secure building without an elevator, it offers a quiet and pleasant environment right in the heart of Paris. The space has been designed to combine comfort and practicality: A spacious, bright living room with two sofas, a TV, and a dining area A fully equipped open kitchen, complete with a Nespresso machine (coffee, tea, and sugar provided) Three bedrooms with double beds, each designed to ensure comfort and tranquility A modern bathroom with shower gel, shampoo, and a hairdryer To ensure a stress-free stay, the apartment also features a range of amenities: Washing machine, dishwasher, and iron Free Wi-Fi and a large-screen TV Stovetop, oven, microwave, and toaster Nespresso machine Bedding and towels provided for each guest Everything is in place for you to fully enjoy your stay in Paris, in a space that is both functional and welcoming ✨

If you arrive after 11 PM, please read the guide carefully and follow the instructions exactly to ensure easy and hassle-free access to the accommodation. After this time, we will unfortunately no longer be able to provide real-time assistance. We are, of course, available every day from 9 AM to 11 PM via the platform’s messaging system or by phone to answer your questions and assist you throughout your stay. Please feel free to contact us in advance if needed—we’d be happy to help you prepare for your arrival.

The apartment is non-smoking and equipped with smoke detectors. - Parties are not permitted. - Self-check-in is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. - Telephone support is available from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, 7 days a week. - Arrangement of a private driver for VIP airport pickup, available upon request 48 hours in advance starting at €80 - The apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM). This property is available only for medium-term rentals under a lease agreement. The contract is written in French and must be signed in that language. If necessary, we encourage you to have it translated into your native language before signing. With this rental, you are entitled to a flat rate of 70 euros per month for electricity consumption, equivalent to 350 kWh (0.20 cents per kWh). Beyond this amount, you will be billed for the cost per kWh based on meter readings taken before and after your stay. Out of respect for energy conservation, please be sure to systematically turn off lights and appliances when not in use, and adopt eco-friendly practices throughout your stay.
