Welcome to my house! Our two-bedroom house provides the best of both worlds – a peaceful retreat close to the beach and the buzz of one of Brighton's most exciting neighbourhoods. Enjoy the nearby attractions and return to a quiet oasis to relax, ensuring a memorable and convenient stay in this charming seaside city. It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible sofa bed, a bean bag, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones and cozy underfloor heating for your comfort. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals. There are two bedrooms. Both have a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathroom contains all the essentials, including a shower; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
Other information
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
